Happy, Healthy, & Holistic Living: Balancing Life with a Chronic Illness

This group is designed for adults over the age of 21 years old. Chronic illness is defined as a health condition that is lifelong and may interfere with an individual’s ability to maintain aspects of daily living when symptoms of the condition are active. Examples include but not limited to, diabetes, heart disease, lupus, cerebral plasy multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome etc. The pain can be there all the time, or it may come and go. It can happen anywhere in your body. Chronic pain can interfere with your daily activities, such as working, having a social life and taking care of yourself or others.
This group is open enrollment with a maximum of 8 adults in the group at any one time.
This group runs for 10 weeks. Saturdays, 10:00am – 11:30am.
