Resiliency is identified as the ability to bounce back. When resiliency is low, we are more prone to experiencing increased anxiety and depression. This group is designed for adults 18 and over who wish to discover and better understand resiliency skills to help overcome hardships life can throw at us. You will be able to learn about skills that are fundamental to developing and maintaining our inner strengths. The development of these skills and behaviors will assist in increasing our self-reliance while decreasing the negative impacts resulting from lower resiliency, such as anxiety and depression.
This group will run for 8 weeks, with sessions slated for 90 minutes each. This is an open enrollment group of 6-8 participants.
