At Thrive Counseling Services, we use several different types of evidence-based therapy approaches to ensure you receive the most effective mental health counseling for your unique situation.
Therapists at Thrive use proven approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Existential, Trauma-Informed CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, which both utilizes eye movement to help process trauma.
We can also discuss a referral for a medication evaluation if you desire. I Thrive can work closely with your doctor, as effective treatment is often accomplished by utilizing both talk therapy (psychotherapy) combined with pharmacological therapy (antidepressants/anti-anxiety medications).
