Living Well
Living Well is a supportive, judgment-free group for adults living with chronic medical or mental health conditions, whether they were recently diagnosed or have been managing their condition for years. The group focuses on finding joy and meaning in a life that may not look the way it once did.
Living Forward does not mean ignoring the difficult parts of living with a chronic condition. It means learning to honor your needs, adapt to changes, and continue moving toward a life that feels meaningful, connected, and hopeful. Participants will learn practical skills for managing ongoing health challenges, create wellness plans that fit their individual needs, and connect with peers who understand some of what they may be going through.
When it would be helpful, and with the participant’s permission, the facilitator is also willing to communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to help coordinate care.
Participants are welcome to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with. Living Well meets Tuesdays from 12–1 PM.
Tuesdays @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
